What you'll do...
- Responsible to lead, develop and execute the Walmart FM Insource Exterior Services and Landscaping self-performance expansion, as well as provide ongoing support for the exterior services operations within all Walmart FM Insource areas.
- Works cross-functionally with Facilities Maintenance teams, Walmart FM Insource Directors and Regional Managers, Walmart Stores and Operators and the broader Walmart org to ensure the highest level of Exterior Services are delivered to our stores.
- Develop content and facilitate trainings to enable the field teams to expand their scope of work in the Exterior Services trades
- Provides expertise and guidance to Exterior Services Managers and Landscaping Technicians to support daily execution.
- Lead, manage and deliver process improvement projects for the Facilities Maintenance Insource program, identifying opportunities, developing solutions and working cross functionally with Walmart stakeholders to deliver solutions to critical business processes.
An ideal candidate will:
- Possess expertise in horticulture, soil science, and the commercial landscaping trade (standard operating procedures, herbicide/pesticide usage and regulations, and crew management).
- Produce high quality, engaging content for the department including PPT presentations, process improvement campaigns and business solutions.
- Conceptualize, plan and implement process improvement strategies and efforts to support the team’s strategic goals.
- Shape, implement and lead new programs and meetings, as well as maintain existing programs and meetings, to keep our internal teams informed, aligned, and engaged.
- Develop engaging presentations to deliver content to a variety of audiences.
- Write original content and edit for multiple channels.
- Enhance visual presentation of communication materials to ensure effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement initiatives to support ongoing employee engagement activities.
- Monitors, tracks and analyzes effectiveness of implemented solutions, makes recommendations for engagement.
- Provide editorial support to internal functions and businesses for their specific communications needs.
- Measure our success through program metrics
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, as needed.
