Senior Manager II, Environmental Safety and Health - Compliance - Air Compliance

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join the U.S. EH&S Compliance Team to support the development and management of Clean Air Act related programs. This role is critical as we continue to develop strategies around zero emissions and ensure all refrigeration and fleet related programs meet or exceed regulatory standards. You will support business partners in assessing risk, building corresponding controls, developing training and awareness programs, and assisting our design and engineering teams.

You'll make an impact by...

• Developing strategies for enhancing and driving efficiencies in existing air compliance related programs

• Coordinating with a complex group of stakeholders to drive effective implementation of air compliance related initiatives

• Ensuring air programs are well-designed, agile and maximize efficiencies, while meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements

• Developing data analytics that drive continuous improvement

• Effectively managing regulatory response initiatives

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You are a subject matter expert in air compliance with working knowledge of federal and state level regulations

• You have significant experience managing air related regulatory responses or have worked as a regulator in the air compliance space

• You have experience working with multiple business stakeholders to solve complex regulatory issues

• You have a risk management related mindset that balances business needs and urgency when managing regulatory compliance related initiatives

• You have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders

• You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment

• You possess a degree in EHS or a related field and have extensive experience building air compliance programs
