Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programs by assisting in the development of field technicians, outlining program details and technical scope, communicating best practices and acting as a liaison between Facility and field.
Executes corporate carbon footprint initiative by collaborating on design concepts with other departments, evaluating existing HVAC and refrigeration systems for potential retrofit strategies and investigating new technologies for new and existing mechanical systems to reduce company energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) footprint.
Provides design input and information to support prototype development and non-proto site adapt projects by reviewing drawings and contract documents for quality, serviceability and compliance, assisting in identifying new areas of system applications, providing liaison support between Proto Team/consulting base and Walmart HVAC Field Technicians in order to communicate new format objectives and participating as a collaborative team member in the new store DI/CI process to develop designs for best total cost of Ownership position.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in the HVACR field and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others, assists in the development of field technicians by developing training material, developing and communicating best practices; and supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Develops, implements, and manages company Best Management Practices (BMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HVACR related activities by incorporating industry best practices and standards; monitor impacts by reporting on KPIs, work quality; and auditing compliance with company procedures. Instructing service contractors regarding company expectations and standards.
Assists in the execution of the corporate carbon footprint initiative by collaborating on design concepts with other departments; evaluating existing HVAC and refrigeration systems for potential retrofit strategies and the impact to the company carbon footprint; and investigating new technologies for new and existing mechanical systems to reduce company energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) footprint by implementing refrigerant leak mitigation programs.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Oversees compliance with federal, state, and local HVACR industry law, regulations, and guidelines by implementing maintenance policies and procedures; managing risk with removal of ODP refrigerants; and overseeing HVACR regional programs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
