Strategic Finance and Planning - is a critical thought-leadership role that works with the executive team and cross functionally to help shape Company performance. You'll lead the segment in development of short-term and long-term strategic financial planning and strategic initiatives.

We are a data driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with senior leaders, CEO's executive leadership team, and the Board of Directors to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver shareholder value while helping our customers, our patients save money and live better.

The eComm FP&A team works across the business to support leadership in better serving our customers today and tomorrow by providing insights and driving connectivity on decisions and impacts. Responsibilities span LRP, AOP, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

The Senior Manager II - eComm Finance is a critical role within the team focused on turning insight into action to help the business deliver a better customer experience while achieving the operating plan. This position is deeply engaged in forecasting and reporting and will provide value through building sustainable forecasting models to quickly assess impacts across the P&L, working to resolve operational and reporting gaps between functions, implementing process efficiencies, producing ad hoc analysis, and being a strategic partner to the business. The nature of the work is cross-functional, requiring strong interpersonal skills, and will have exposure to senior leadership.

Driving Customer Focused Action - Drive reporting that leads to action and tracking of results not just past performance

Building Cross-Functional Relationships - Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements

Providing Accurate Financial Projections and Variance Analysis - Provide input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling in partnership with cross-functional areas; explain variations and answer questions regarding financial issues.

Improving Processes - Identify and fix gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility, accuracy, connectivity between functions, and proactive action while mitigating risks

Identifying and Resolving Operational Gaps and Opportunities - Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives; provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects; and provide insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

  • 3+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area

  • 1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

  • 1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
