What you'll do...

Senior Finance Manager II – Walmart+

As a Senior Manager II within Walmart+, you will work to define the future of one of the key strategic growth areas for Walmart.  Launched in Sep 2020, the Walmart+ team has the feel of a startup with its massive growth, but with the full support of the Fortune 1 company behind it! 

In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the Walmart+ organization to develop business cases and support the testing and rollout of new benefits, partnerships, and other initiatives.

Your Day to Day responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders across the Benefits, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
• Developing business cases for the introduction of new benefits, partnerships, and other initiatives (i.e. build financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks; prepare presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; and participate in business case presentations to senior and executive management)
• Building and maintaining roadmaps to achieving long-term program goals, while hitting attainable targets along the way
• Participate in the testing development and analysis of new initiatives
• Improving existing processes and develop new ones
• Cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy
• Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

• membership experience for a retail/consumer business or SaaS experience
• growth strategy and business case development for new initiatives/opportunities
• financial and strategic planning for a high-growth function/company

This position can be worked in one of our corporate offices (San Bruno, CA; Hoboken, NJ; Bentonville, AR) or remote in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications...
