What you'll do...

As the Senior Manager II, Global Business Services – Strategies, Project Management & Business Integration, you’ll have a front row seat to our transformation strategy, serving as a key leader involved in developing and executing it. You will be responsible for proactively working cross-functionally both within our 500+ person organization, and outside of it, with our key business partners, ensuring our organization is maximizing our value and leading the industry. The role is a leadership role, and you will lead direct report(s).

• Leveraging your experience developing strategy and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Having worked in large scale, cross-functional environments, often in complex organizational matrixes.
• Being able to operate with the high level of detail and organization required for successful execution of long-term projects.
• Possessing strong relationship-building skills, working closely with our tort, technology, operations, safety, Enterprise Business Services teams, and more.
• Using your strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate and make strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Excelling at coaching at all levels of the organization.
• Bringing a great deal of energy, optimism, and a positive attitude.
