Project Manager
The senior manager II role leads key corporate and seasonal merchandising events throughout the year for the Walmart US business. Partnering with an executive sponsors, this role leads large cross-functional groups to define and achieve merchandising campaign goals and objectives.
The Senior Manager II drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

- Developing strategic campaigns Develops best practices and strategies by leading a strategy; partnering with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives; assessing key opportunities; developing and aligning strategic plans and timelines with business objectives and resources; and reporting results to stakeholders and executives and influencing decision makers across the organization.
- Building strategic relationships - Create relationships with new and existing partners. Facilitate partnerships with cross-functional teams with common goals to create a collaborative working environment and create efficiencies.
- Articulating enterprise and team success Develops content to support the vision and strategy of specific business units by understanding and determining how to best deliver merchandise content for events, programs, and processes to store operations; providing visibility to business partners on content creation for planned activities and identifying potential risks to delivering merchandising initiatives balanced against store operations activities; assisting in influencing and positioning content to support merchandising initiatives for success while minimizing disruption to the business or store operations; and execution of key business strategies while leveraging communication platforms for area of responsibility.
