We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager II of Membership Operations to join the Walmart+ business team to develop scalable, omni-channel strategies that drive new member growth and member retention. The Senior Manager II will have business ownership of ensuring high standards and quality of benefit delivery for Walmart+ members. In addition to identifying our membership operational deficiencies, the Senior Manager II will own the strategy, prioritization, and implementation of solutions to improve the member benefit experience. Key partners include product, finance, insights, store and fulfillment operations teams, etc.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, & results-oriented leader with a strong passion for the member. This individual will have deep expertise in project management, omni-channel operations, data analytics, and be able to think strategically about how to utilize our physical stores & partner channels to accelerate growth and drive retention. We are looking for someone who will think big, ruthlessly prioritize to focus on the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute against an aggressive growth roadmap. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact on our business goals. Prior experience with internal or management consulting is a plus.

Leads execution - Leads improving the execution of Walmart+ benefits delivery by identifying the operational needs and enabling the team. Develops and communicates the strategic approach to prioritizing problems and solutioning
Creating strategic working relationships - Builds trusting, collaborative relationships with stakeholders of Walmart+ to power the business forward
Setting up our associates for success - Sets clear expectations, performance measures, and goals, and helps others do the same. Plans for and ensures others have the information, resources, implementation time, and talent needed to accomplish tasks throughout the journey. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area OR 6 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area
MBA preferred
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Must be able think strategically and tactically
Strong communications, partnership, and organizational skills
Excellent judgment and executive presence as well as the ability to interface with and influence senior executives
Ability to travel when business needs require (
