About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Project Diamond, you’ll lead and own product strategy within a cross-functional team consisting of Product, Business Strategy, Tech, UX, Engineering and Data Scientists to solve monumental problems on a global scale. You will pioneer highly visible technologies that reinvent the associate experience, which will ultimately have a positive impact in our customer’s omni shopping experience. What You’ll do

• Own the full development process of a brand new, complex product suite. Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production, ultimately building a user experience that is simple, intuitive and impactful
• Build relationships across Project Diamond and across Walmart as a whole to assist you in building products that make an impact
• Assist in the development of an ROI model and ultimately serve as the driving force behind product-market fit
• Define the metrics and KPIs that will help us measure and track product goals
• Develop product strategy for your product suite and define and execute on the product roadmap
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional team members including Engineering, Design, Product, Store Operations and more
• Work with engineering and design to build prototypes to communicate design ideas to users and internal stakeholders
• Conduct research, user testing and validation that will ensure that the products we build are designed to prioritize our customers and associates
