As Senior Manager of Upstream Development, you will play a crucial role in developing and fostering partnerships with Suppliers. Working with the Senior Director, you will be involved in Supplier Sourcing, Supplier vetting, negotiations, and recommendations. You will be expected to travel periodically and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out a viable supplier pipeline.

Being agile in identifying potential drops/misses in target achievement and proactively solving for it. Identifying and executing the incorporation of new products and SKUs in the sourcing mix based on market and demand analysis. Identifying and recommending different business models like joint partnerships wherever applicable to change the ways of working and make the team future ready.
