What you'll do...
Join the Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Team in our pursuit to build world class safety compliance programs that support our business strategies, create a safe work environment for our associates and customers, and maintain compliance. The Senior Manager II – Health and Safety Compliance role supports these key objectives by collaborating with business partners, supporting program development and implementation, and managing regulatory inspections. You will oversee safety compliance programs in multiple areas, assess and evaluate risks, and in partnership with team members, determine the strategies and tactics that will drive safety compliance forward.

Creating safety compliance programs for Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Centers
Develop business best practices and procedures that mitigate risk
