Senior Manager II, Technical Program Management - Online Pickup & Delivery

What you'll do...

Customers shop whenever and wherever they want, choosing from a wide range of Pickup and Delivery options. To make these options happen, we have many teams across the business working on a wide range of projects to enhance customer experience and support our business as we build out and improve our services.

In this role, you will be an essential part of the business team, assigned a number of projects and initiatives that are critical to OPD success. As part of the team responsible for OPD Order Lifecycle, you will work with partners in Product, Store Operations, Last Mile delivery and others to develop requirements and work through solutions to business problems.

You will make impact by:

Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve opportunities that drive business / product strategy

You will sweep us off our feet if you:

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs

• Remove barriers and obstacles that impact progress

• Act as a change agent for process and/or business improvements

• Demonstrate adaptability

• Build and maintain partnerships with product managers, business, and vendors

• Provide periodic project status reports and executive summaries to stakeholders and management

• Manage a large portfolio of projects through their lifecycle phases to successful completion

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project strategy and overall goals

• Identify and manage critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies

• Collect and analyze project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability for the accomplishment of overall project objectives

• Prepare and maintain a project risk assessment

• Escalate and communicate program related issues

• Develop project timeline and deliverables; ensuring successful delivery; and providing feedback regarding project success

Minimum Qualifications

• Cross-functional Program/Project Management experience working among several groups.

• Experience working with product teams.

• Problem-solving and experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of OPD Project / Program Management experience
