Want to use your expertise as a Business Manager & PMO (Project Management Office) leader to help shape the future of consumer financial services at one of the largest non-bank consumer financial service businesses in the World? As the Senior Manager II, you will be responsible for the intake management, prioritization, project management, cross-functional team coordination, and partner management for Walmart's credit card business and will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world.

• You have a passion for driving transformative growth through determining priorities and coordinating internal & external resources to establish strategic initiative planning, develop business cases for initiatives, and guide the development and implementation of product & technology, marketing, and operations activities that fuel business growth.

• You have a track-record of achieving meaningful outcomes within the financial services industry.

• You are a champion in ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, internal team members, and key stakeholders, and you thrive on soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

• You have optimized credit/lending or other financial service program profitability through driving PMO efforts across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and expense management initiatives.

• You are customer-obsessed and think end-to-end about customer experiences across the physical and digital landscape.

• You have a high sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to deliver fast, measurable business results.

• You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at the Fortune 1 scale.

You'll make an impact by:

• Driving a diverse portfolio of initiatives for Walmart Financial Services by determining priorities, leading internal and partner teams, and managing a partnership governance process applying state-of-the art project leadership disciplines.

• Partnering with product & technology, marketing, and operations teams to optimize planning & communications around milestones, issues, and decisions needed for a portfolio of strategic initiatives**.**

• Building strategic relationships with new and existing external partners, ensuring alignment between Walmart & partner workstreams and coordinating joint meeting calendars & governance.

• Deliver customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and achieve annual operating performance objectives.

• Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others. Model Walmart's values to foster our culture, maintaining & promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in consumer financial services industry, product management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.

• 3 years of experience as a PMO leader with overall project portfolio responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications / Other:

• Project management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or PMO consulting experience in consumer financial services

• MBA or master's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
