Senior Manager II, Data Strategy Lead – Business Strategy / Financial Services
Walmart Financial Services team supports various financial products that includes everything from traditional Credit/Debit products to alternative financial products such as Bill Pay, Transfers, Check Cashing etc. It helps Walmart grow by enabling the customer base to perform needed financial services and granting additional purchasing power at the same time and location they can perform all their other shopping needs.

This role is responsible for being the subject matter expert in assisting the various Business and Product teams in Financial Services on how to use data and analytics to grow the bottom line and improve the customer experience. You will partner with several cross functional and partner teams ranging from Marketing to Data Engineering.
A successful candidate will be able to take raw data, turn it into information and develop analytical assets to drive better business decisions and be able to explain it in layman’s terms. We are looking for an initiative taker and independent thinker to drive efficient customer acquisitions and be a key partner in the digitization of Financial Services.
