Senior Manager - International Logistics- Engineering and Automation, Supply Chain

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

In this role you will work with international supply chain engineering teams to assess business needs and develop designs which include new process and automation solutions.

• Share design, automation solution, and project management best practices across international markets to empower and develop local market associates.
• Additionally, develop International Supply Chain strategies, processes, and best practices by leading an internal team; partnering with cross-functional teams across the business; assessing key opportunities; documenting project scopes; developing long-range plans and project timelines; and communicating with and influencing decision-makers and executives within the organization.
• Consults with internal organizations on strategic initiatives by developing high-level project plans to achieve strategic goals; prioritizing and executing work streams in accordance with corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments into strategic initiatives; and ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders; influence strategy direction and deliverables; recommend technical and conceptual ideas to establish understanding and acceptance of goals; and report results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Leads change initiatives from concept to implementation to achieve desired results by identifying and defining transformational change and processes; creating buisness cases and validating value and priority of initiatives; creating project plans to implement processes; assessing people's readiness for change; managing expectations; adjusting approaches to have positive company change adopted by the entire organization; ensuring timely project management from pilot to the execution stage; and implementing sustainable processes throughout the business unit.
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
