Partnerships Manager

Walmart Connect is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive growth, and adoption of the Search API program. The Partnerships Manager will manage a group of partners with a goal of amplifying sales and driving new business. This role will work cross-functionally to identify products and experiences that will help WMC scale and acquire net-new customers through our Search API partner program.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Own and grow relationship with portfolio of API Partners
Drive joint business planning and generate API partner “report cards”
Support API partner team including technical API partner manager and API support manager to help API partner manage and grow their business on Walmart
Collect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize API product roadmap
Work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify product and program enhancements that will drive incremental revenue for Walmart
Lead Partner outreach, motivate and guide the partner to create a successful joint business and technical integration with Walmart
Collaborate with API partners to develop and execute go to market plans through joint PR, marketing, co-selling, developer relations enablement and materials to hit revenue goals
Enable WMG sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific Partner solutions that can help accelerate deals or expand opportunities
Qualifications
4+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
Experience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results
Proven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, partnership, with an emphasis on automated advertising experiences.
Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomes
Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing especially with sales or pre-sales teams
