**What you’ll do...**Want to help change the future of Global Payments? Are you passionate about taking ideas from concept to scale? At Walmart, we are building a new type of user-centric payments platform at the intersection of content, commerce, and technology; and we want you to be a part of it! In this role, you’ll drive scalable and delightful product solutions for our Marketplace Payments Platform that is being built from scratch. You will be involved in the areas of International Payment Processing, Billing, Payment Risk, and/or other Financial Services. In close partnerships with engineering, design, legal, compliance and technical program teams, you will lead end-to-end product feature development from research and discovery to solutioning and implementation. You will define, de-risk and execute a product vision & clear roadmap to deliver on well-defined business objectives. You will own product requirements specifications to drive developments forward while working closely with organizational leaders to execute against business and technical vision of the overall Payments product. You should be skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains, as well as working closely across product management/strategy, Engineering, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain, analytics teams and partner at a detailed level. This role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, empathy, humility and an appreciation for and understanding of lean start up, agile and user-centered design values, principles and practices. 

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You’re comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.
  • You have experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.

  • You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across key stakeholders.
  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
  • You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

 You’ll make an impact by:

  • Driving product roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process within the specific vertical product.
  • Overseeing execution and owning experiment analysis for some of the high impact payments initiatives.
  • Launching new payment methods or partner integrations or financial services within the greater payments’ ecosystem consisting of payment gateways, PSPs, payment networks, merchant service providers, issuers, acquirers, and tax compliance services.
  • Analyzing and defining key success metrics that measure the value and success of your products.
  • Working directly with Software and Data Engineers to develop use cases, building inspiring narratives, and evaluate short-term vs. long-term trade-offs.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to defines success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations.
  • Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyzes and visualizes large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process.
  • Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.
