What you'll do...

What you’ll do…

• Manage the implementation of BIM/Revit, its supporting software and new version releases and customizations of the product
• Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies by staying informed on the best practices for the use of Revit Architecture and BIM
• Manage and develop BIM standards for the prototypes, their implementation within projects and the quality results in modeling efforts.
• Collaboratively create, develop, maintain and enforce BIM documentation standards
• Report on the company’s current and projected state with regards to BIM implementation
• Create, manage and maintain company’s BIM Execution Plan
• Lead and support the Architecture & Engineering BIM Collective, providing a clear vision for future development and implementation.
• Develop and conduct internal Continuing Education Revit Architecture training sessions.
• Liaison with the Prototype Team for the future of digital prototyping and family development
• Utilize data to develop linking strategies between Revit Architecture and reporting/data harvesting technologies.
• Liaison for BIM Process for potential use of BIM in Store Design, Facilities Services, Cost Estimating, Procurement, Specification Management, Integrated Project Delivery and Digital Prototyping.
• Develop, manage, lead and implement quality control standards related to BIM and the building models.
• Mentor, onboard, evaluate and scorecard Architectural & Engineering Consultants, developing action plans for improvement when necessary.

You’ll really WOW us if you have…

• 8-10+ years production and management experience utilizing BIM/Revit within the A&E Industry
• Licensed professional in architecture, engineering or related field.
• An in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on data harvesting
• Excellent professional written & verbal communication skills
• Experience in designing and creating applications
• Experience using SharePoint and Power BI.
• Proven experience with Building Scanning Technologies
• Led and developed an IT Department and/or BIM technology team
• Led a program to develop a digital twin of existing facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
