Senior Product Manager (Tech), Display Ads – Walmart Connect
As a part of Walmart Connect, you'll build industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that help Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.
We're looking for Senior Product Manager (Tech), Display Ads to help reimagine the way we empower brand advertisers to reach and activate their customers with display ads.
The role can be based in any of Walmart hubs Bay Area, CA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Bentonville, AR; Hoboken, NJ; Seattle, WA; Reston, VA; Boston, MA. Remote working option is also available.

Ad-serving: Build a retail media focused display ad-serving stack including ad-server, forecasting and auctions to enable guaranteed and programmatic ad buys across Walmart properties.
Targeting: Build full-funnel contextual, behavioral and affinity-based targeting capabilities to help advertisers reach the right audiences to achieve their marketing goals.
Recommendations and Optimizations: Build ML based dynamic recommendations and optimizations to deliver relevant ads to Walmart customers and to achieve greatest return on ad spend (ROAS) to advertisers.
Advertiser Interfaces: Build self-serve advertiser interfaces (UI/API) to allow advertisers at scale to create, manage, optimize and report campaigns.
Ad Experiences: Build creative display and video ad experiences to help advertisers engage their target users with relevant ad placements and ad formats.
Partnerships: Build integrations with strategic partners to further expand our custom touch points and bring Walmart targeting and measurement to platforms people love.

You'll make an impact by...
Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and getting support from leadership.
Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.
Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable plans, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
Working with data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to determine the data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards.
Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the latest trends in advertising to identify new opportunities to meet customer needs. Conduct customer research to determine customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
Partnering with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by leading priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership.
Benefits & Perks:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in product management, digital display advertising, self-serve ad platforms, demand side platforms (DSP), programmatic ad buys, targeting, personalization and optimizations, display ad formats. Experience building custom ad-serving solutions and Retail Media Advertising is helpful.
