In this role, you will be an essential part of the business team, leading and delivering new strategic propositions that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and profit for the Online Pickup & Delivery business. You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering the annual financial and customer satisfaction goals for the eCommerce business.

As the Sr. Manager Strategic Propositions you will conceptualize, design and incubate scalable business improvements and new customer experiences. This position will review market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to explore ways we can improve or add to our customer offering, test and trial the considerations, and position them for scalability.

• Analyze customer, merchandise and overall website/app performance

• Build and maintain partnerships with product, operations, other business partners and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science and 5 years' technical program management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years' technical program management experience OR 9 years' technical program management experience.

To make these options happen, we have many teams across the business focused on ensuring customers have access to the right merchandise at the right time, while delivering an experience that makes them want to continue shopping with Walmart.

The Online Pickup and Delivery Pre-Transaction Team is focused on creating an experience and value proposition that makes both routine and occasional shopping easy and convenient for our customer.
