Able to populate ticket through ServiceNow. Handling inbound calls and ability to transfer ticket/call to correct queue. Provide basic level support via phone call with professional manner (align with QA expectations). Ability to properly handoff issues through seniors/next level support groups. Ensure that metric expectations (aux times) are being met.
Utilizes available time between calls to address offline work, such as self-logged incidents, for any missing data, and forwarding or resolving as applicable.
