Four-year college degree.
Must have 1-2 years of experience site merchandising/eComm/or retail experience
Experience working cross functionally with other teams and the ability to identify risks and proactively navigate through issues.
Understanding of the Customer’s journey.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis (Omniture, Looker, Excel, Adobe, or similar).
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong project management skills.
Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Bachelor's degree in design, business or related area and 1 year’s experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
