What you'll do...
As part of the Global Technology Platform Program Management organization, this role will be a crucial enabler of our Call Center technology strategy. This role will be accountable for successfully driving the execution of strategic initiatives to modernize and consolidate technology across multiple business units. You will also own critical workstreams for defining and monitoring development metrics, overseeing core solutions, and delivering product roadmap commitments. You will work collaboratively with product management and engineering teams to ensure on time delivery with quality results.

The Global Technology Platform Program Management Team focuses on the execution of strategic initiatives in Global Technology Platform organization with alignment to Walmart Global Technology vision and direction. The team owns the execution rhythm to deliver high quality outcomes based on product roadmaps. The team also drives for organization transformation with Agile methodology.

You’ll make an impact by:
Running high-visibility, high-impact strategic programs
Working across the organization and company to drive outcomes, aligning with business owners and stakeholders, mitigating risk, and delivering value to our internal and external customers
Own and drive stakeholder engagements for the quarterly planning process, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices
Define and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancement in an agile environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, program management, business analysis or strategy
Knowledge and experience in implementing call center technology components: IVR, ACD, QM, WFM, CRM, Messaging (with different vendors)
Working knowledge in product development concepts: ACD, Voice platform (VOIP)
Familiarity with front end web development frame works REST API’s
Capable of managing numerous stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and gaining alignment for strategies from executive level stakeholders
Strong communication skills (oral, verbal and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision makers and understand their points of view
Strong leadership, negotiation and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you don’t
Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity
Comfortable presenting to and persuading at Vice Presidential and Senior Vice-Presidential levels
Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
Understands, describes and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact
