Walmart's Global Sourcing Technology team is responsible for building and maintaining software that enables Walmart to source the best quality products at the lowest possible price and pass that savings to our customers so they can Save Money and Live Better. What you will do:
You will be part of the Global Sourcing technical program management team driving execution for some of the organization's largest initiatives, creating tight collaboration between engineering and product, and improving our ways of working. You will focus on developing and implementing process improvements for delivering and monitoring programs to ensure team operational efficiency and compliance. Additional responsibilities include the following:
Define program objectives and requirements, creating high level roadmaps, preparing benefits realization plans, validate priority and alignment to strategic objectives
Apply understanding of operational and financial factors that drive organizational success
Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion
Identify potential risks for successful completion of your projects
Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones
Lead cross functional coordination meetings to review progress and risks
Assist program budget and provide estimation for various planning including Annual Operating and Long-Range Plans
Drive and communicate progress within program team and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and concisely in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams
Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services, along with explaining their strengths and weaknesses
Create and distribute operational compliance reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science and 5 years' technical program management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years' technical program management experience OR 9 years' technical program management experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Certification(s) in Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
