About the Team/Position

The Garden Manager is the leader of an assigned Horticulture Team, responsible for all Home Office Campus landscaping and gardening.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

• You’re able to work all days of the week on a flexible schedule
  • typical hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
• You’re a visionary in planning and managing green spaces
• You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written
• You’re familiar with a variety of horticulture methods, techniques and solutions
• You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You’re a master at making complex subject easily understood through visuals and simple language
• You have high standards and think strategically
• You’re stimulated by challenges

You’ll make an impact by…

• Managing and supervising both internal direct reports, as well as third-party vendors & contractors
• Collaborating with key stakeholders – Partner with colleagues and internal clients, bring information to light that helps reach collective objectives
• Articulating complex information clearly and easily – Research information and provide context in a way that establishes measures of success and identifies improvement opportunities
• Forecast operational yearly expenses and capital expenditures
• Identifies, sources, and purchases garden equipment and supplies

Preferred Qualifications…

• College Degree or 5+ years’ experience in landscaping/gardening industry
