R-1072212 Director – Merchandise Finance Decision Support
The Director - Merchandise Finance Decision Support serves on the Walmart Merchandise Finance Team. The Merchandise Finance Decision Support Team oversees finance and long-term operational planning and strategy functions in monitoring performance, addressing risks, and process improvements through modeling and analysis. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Director will guide operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting and analysis and be responsible for the reporting function therein with respect to profitability, margin, and variance. The Director collaborates with Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Logistics and other business partners to establish innovative and accurate financial planning objectives with full visibility to senior-level and executive management. The Director will support projects, create financial models, gather and process feedback, and improve departmental processes and reporting operations. This position will serve as a key financial FP&A and decision support manager for our Merchandise Finance mission.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience
