What you'll do...
The Supply Chain Technology Transformation team (Front-End Supply Chain Strategy team - a part of the Core Services: Item & Supply Chain Tech organization) is involved with developing strategies and products which optimize the E2E processes from the Supplier through the DC network to the Stores/FCs. Intent is to enable optimal placement of inventories at the Stores/FCs to meet the dynamic end consumer demand from these Front-End nodes. You will be engaged in the development of tools that optimize sources, flow paths, plan flow volumes and assist with downstream planning for Walmart USA and potentially Walmart's international businesses soon. Being a part of one of the largest supply chains and playing in the Front End which encompasses 60-70% of the E2E network costs, there is immense potential for delivery and learning.

You will sweep us off our feet if you
- Possess experience in development/implementation of Enterprise Systems
- Have managed the solution design for various large-scale, cross-domain products
- Have performed supply chain analysis on merchandising, replenishment, distribution and innovations-initiated programs
- Have experience with enterprise scale Optimization models and E-E supply chain products incorporating Data engineering
- Experience in data conversion and migration planning
- Have passion about technology and have demonstrated ability in delivering value through technology
- Develop technical designs in partnership with the development team aligning with technology standards and architecture principles
- Have conducted sessions with customers and the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and developed technical solutions to meet those needs
- Have been responsible for deliverables in all stages including solution design, analysis, coding, testing and integration.
You will make an impact by:
- Developing products, influencing business partners to migrate to new systems and processes to make our Front-End Supply Chain the most agile, flexible, responsive, optimal and customer friendly. Understanding future business strategies and directions to anticipate technical needs
- Carrying out data and system analysis to identify technical debt/gaps and develop to-be architecture to provide scalability and flexibility to accommodate growing business needs
- Driving new solutions that can be implemented cross-functionally
- Developing key metrics around business impact, user acceptance and customer satisfaction index

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 8-10 years' experience in product management or related field.
Preferred Qualifications...
Building and leading high performing teams
Experience with optimization techniques and algorithms
Experience supervising teams in both direct reporting and matrix structures
Experience of developing omni-channel supply chain systems, digital technologies such as cloud, data analytics, microservice and API architecture
Experience in business process methodology and program management
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, drive new initiatives and new way of thinking in the organization
Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Science, Masters: Engineering General
