This position is for a thought leader who is looking to contribute to the Maintenance Reliability Group. You will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and directing the Reliable Operations program for Walmart supply chain and adding thought leadership to the team. Strong indicators for the successful candidate include: a strong TPM background with emphasis in the PM Pillar, Maintenance Leadership in a supply chain or manufacturing environment, Program Implementation Experience, knowledge of the training and development pillar, and a Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Operational Excellence: Evaluates relevant industry practices from an operations perspective. Resolves obstacles to goals of several organizationalfunctions.
