Develops strategy for Fulfillment Center training programs by researching industry trends to stay current on business guiding principles; analyzing adult education tendencies to construct progressive training materials; designing complex Fulfillment Center training workshops to educate associates; collaborates with internal stakeholders (for exam, Area Manager, General Manager) on training needs for new business rollouts or procedural changes; and ensuring the effective management of training and delivery to associates.
Develops functional, compliant, industry related training courses by preparing materials for course delivery via blended delivery methods (for example, classroom, online); observing participant engagement in the course; reviewing adult learning techniques with facilitators (for example, training specialists); monitoring practices of course content and examinations; answering questions related to course content and concept application; and driving training and knowledge management system innovation.
Drives the continuous learning and improvement of the Fulfillment Center Academy team's processes by developing best practices and teaching and training others on leveraging these practices to deliver improved business results; monitoring and tracking completion of training by Associates; reviewing training reports; and communicating training issues to management; conducting training class, quality review, required CBL's audits; identifying opportunities to enhance analysis systems and reporting tools; and providing key performance indicator recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or related field, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or related field. 1 years’ experience in driving learning outcomes inside and beyond the classroom. 1 years’ experience to translate business insight to audience needs. 1 years’ experience to effectively collaborate and influence across boundaries.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
