What you'll do...

Manager II, Apparel Digital Content and Image Lead

What you'll do

  • Leads merchandise activity planning for strategic business units by approving project scope for a medium-scale strategic department or area; ensuring alignment across internal and external resources; removing project obstacles; reviewing and approving merchandising related content and other related merchandise presentation materials for easy execution at store level; evaluating, advising, and influencing senior leadership in area of responsibility on operational feedback and correction of errors on events, programs, and, processes with necessary improvements, enhancements, or future strategy considerations.
  • Manages merchandising content for specific business units by understanding and determining how to best deliver merchandise content for events, programs, and processes to store operations; providing input to the construction of multi-year fiscal year look-ahead program calendar; providing visibility to senior leadership on content creation for planned activities and identifying potential risks to delivering merchandising initiatives balanced against store operations activities; assisting in influencing and positioning content to support merchandising initiatives for success while minimizing disruption to the business or store operations; managing creation and alignment to the content development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies while leveraging communication platforms for area of responsibility.
  • Supports change initiatives from concept to implementation by managing technology solutions; prioritizing change to meet business plans; recommending technical and conceptual ideas to establish understanding and acceptance; assessing readiness; managing expectations; adjusting approaches when necessary; managing project plans; and implementing sustainable processes.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications...

years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
