You'll Make an Impact By:

• Leading special projects to improve/add capabilities for internal business partners

• Overseeing implementation of new products/processes that improve overall team metrics and meet growth goals

• Building strategy to improve efficiency and results across Walmart banner team

• Analyzing data and providing insights to team and support the team growths

• Supporting daily client success operation with senior client success account managers

You'll Succeed if:

• You are process oriented and are always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and derive fulfillment from building new businesses initiatives from beginning stages

• You can work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities and staying organized throughout

• You have a proven track record of delivering large scale projects/programs in a Retail and or Supply Chain Setting

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You are comfortable with change and have strong project management experience

• You're familiar with balancing many activities simultaneously and have the agility to re-prioritize tasks as required

• You're not comfortable with the status quo but instead are constantly looking to improve outcomes

• You have great listening skills, critical thinking skills, and solution-articulation skill

• You are comfortable staying organized and finding solutions to process bottlenecks when issues arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required, Master preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort with engaging externally with clients; experience in sales or account management a plus

• Creativity and a positive can-do attitude
