What you'll do...
- Leads training curriculum development; developing training metrics to align with operational key performance indicators; collaborating with the key business partners to develop content; and working with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and approval of training content.
- Implementing and monitoring program improvements to course content to ensure learning objectives are met; develop and administer assessments to gather data on the efficacy of training content and facilitation methods; utilize various training/ teaching formats to engage the learner
- Foster relations with cross-functional partners (Central FM/ HO Academy/1BW/ etc.) to execute and promote program adoption/ sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications/ Certifications:
- 1-3 Years’ Experience in training capacity (content building/ facilitation)
- 1-3 Years’ Experience Project Management
- Proficiency in content development platforms/ deployment programs (i.e., Word, PPT, Zoom, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications/ Certifications:
- Proficiency in content development platforms/ deployment programs (i.e., Elucidat, Workday, Tableau, Concur, Service Channel/ Service Channel Provider, Decision Engine, etc. – any WMT systems or Content Development program insights)
