As a part of Walmart's Health and Wellness (HW) Product Org, you'll be the voice of our customers and associates. Why? Because Sam Walton founded our company with the belief that the customer is #1. The HW Product team builds products to enhance the experience for all of our customers and associates. The Principal Product Manager role is one that calls for a deep understanding of our Health and Wellness: Pharmacy business processes, that can be translated into Product terms to direct and guide Engineers to develop world class software solutions. This specific role will help build our Pharmacies future state Inventory and Serialization programs, and will require a lot of partnerships with multiple teams outside of Health and Wellness.

You'll make an impact by:
- Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer, associate and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases
- Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Working with operations, engineering,and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, design, as well as improvements need to meet business logic

- You have domain knowledge in Pharmacy, Inventory and Supply Chain technologies.
