Works in the H&W strategy team to provide clinical, academic, payor, manufacturing and consumer insights to develop robust strategies. Evaluates requirements, resources, and recommendations for long-term strategy to meet goals; o; determining key success metrics for the training portfolio; providing process definition and management (for example, tools, training) to the organization; and developing budgets and incorporating them into business plans.

Leads the establishment and execution of Clinical Strategies utilizing clinical and medical expertise to evaluate and propose health services opportunities; assessing organizational readiness for new initiatives; defining the health services framework; eliminating barriers to achieve strategic initiatives; developing and managing budget spending to evaluate return on investment of new initiatives; and developing communications and presentations to gain buy-in from senior leadership.

Prior experience representing an organization externally and coordinating external communication strategies.
