What you'll do...
Serves as the lead Dental executive responsible for clinical and business performance of the service line within Walmart Health & Wellness.
Assists the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and retaining top clinical talent for the Dental service line to provide maximal access to care, clinical results, and high-level patient experiences.
Ensures clinical coverage during office hours and builds PRN staffing capabilities to support the Dental service line.
Assists in the development of policies and procedures for the Dental service line and provides regular feedback to clinicians on clinical and business performance (for example, access to care, clinical results, and high-level patient experiences).
Drives the financial performance of the Dental service line by achieving volume targets and service mix requirements.
Develops scalable leadership structure for the Dental service line to ensure effective support as the business grows.
Promotes a supportive work environment for clinical staff. Helps resolve conflicts within the provider organization.
Collaborates closely with clinical operations team members to maximize space, identify technology and equipment needs, and identify market needs and site selection for the Dental service line.
Collaborates closely with other clinical leadership to identify opportunities for integrated care.
Develops a Dental quality program in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer's office and ensures that providers have access to data and group performance information.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Current License to practice dentistry in the State of Arkansas.
2 years experience' in a leadership/supervisory position in the dental industry.
2 years' experience working in a progressive dental operation.
