Senior Director II, Merchandise Finance - Hardlines
Want to use your financial skills to help grow an impressive retail organization? The Senior Director of Walmart Finance is a strategic thought-leadership role requiring strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results and drive forward strategic initiatives with financial oversight. Supporting the Hardlines organization, the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed situations. The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance while maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday.
