The Head of Sales Operations will lead the Sales Center of Excellence (SCOE) within Walmart Connect that is responsible for the critical cross-functional process and systems initiatives to increase sales, reduce costs, ensure legal compliance, guarantee scalability, and improve the customer experience.
As a member of the Walmart Connect leadership they will participate in the goal setting, align initiatives to those goals and drive the successful execution of cross-functional programs, improved transparency, and streamlined ways of working by identifying key drivers of success; assisting in the development of strategic and operating plans; overseeing profit and loss (P&L) expense lines and accounting for performance.
Ensures internal and external partners understand Walmart Connect operational strategy and goals by serving as a subject matter expert for multiple disciplines; acting as primary advocate for key operations functions and processes; communicating best practices, goals, and feedback to develop each team member; planning, developing, and implementing work goals and measurements necessary to provide quality service to customers; and developing external professional relationships to ensure the ongoing availability of specialized expertise.
Lead in the building and executing of the operating cadence across all sales functions to ensure the health of the business against the operating plan - achieving KPI’s including forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management. Formulate sales management, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for sales organization's based on key business priorities.
This will include creating sales performance incentives and revenue targets and development tracking processes. Provide input and influence incentive compensation strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement the annual joint business partnership (JBP) strategy. Work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes, and programs. Work with the analytics team to develop management dashboards and reports that are actionable and automated.

resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.
