The Senior Director II of Omnichannel & Platform Compliance is responsible for managing regulatory and compliance for Walmart.com ecommerce and marketplace. This leader will manage a distributed team in charge of monitoring the prohibited list of items and item compliance to ensure the marketplace reflects the brand and reputation of Walmart and is following legal compliance.
Reporting into the Global Head of Omnichannel and Platform Compliance, this role will partner with Trade and Safety Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance, Technology and Analytics teams to monitor the marketplace. The Senior Director will develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce, cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics while developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
