What you'll do...

Senior Manager, Contracting Review - Health and Wellness 340B

Responsible for ensuring 340B program performance is at peak levels by acting as the day-to-day contact; analyzing and trending data so that recommendations and status can be reported to internal stakeholders and program management

  • Oversees 340B managers workflow to ensure client relationships and deliverables are being maintained satisfactorily
  • Responsible for coaching/developing 340B managers in the resolution of escalated operational issues and production system operational ticket issues
  • Monitors and reviews operational workflows for HRSA compliance, data accuracy, and overall efficiency
  • Analyzes and communicates business results and trends that relate to client program performance, formulary, and fee structure management
  • Provides client program optimization opportunity support
  • Provides appropriate solutions by analyzing exception reporting using various systems and internal adjudication and reporting platforms
  • Prepares and Provides ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Analyzes audit trends by gathering information from the other 340B managers and provides proactive system and reporting needs
  • Develops and fosters working relationships with internal (IT, Stores, Internal Audit, Results, Accounting, etc.), and external counterparts (Clients, Wholesalers, etc.) to facilitate exchanges of information
  • Provides data, information, and any reports as needed to other business units or TPA’s or Covered Entities
  • Has a thorough understanding of the 340B program
  • Strives to consistently improve the overall efficiency, and marketability of the 340b complete program
  • Maintains and continually improves knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, and uses that knowledge to identify ways and make recommendations, to improve the 340b program
  • Has a thorough understanding of the 340B program. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert on 340B programs from an operational perspective. Strives to consistently improve the overall efficiency, and marketability of the 340b complete program
  • Maintains and continually improves knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, and uses that knowledge to identify ways and make recommendations, to improve the 340b program.
