Our team is in hyper-growth stage, so we are looking to bring in the next set of leaders to drive the business. We are currently looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join Spark and help us take our Ops model to more retailers and businesses across the country.

You’ll be successful in this role if:

• You are an energetic athlete ready to contribute on different business fronts: From defining the growth strategy to drive volume, to building processes that will scale up the team to 150x volume this year, you dissect hairy problems and move to action quickly
• You know how to drive growth and scale up processes and teams to achieve goals. Anticipating business needs and taking proactive action are a must
• You can work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities at once and bringing cross-functional stakeholders along the journey with you
• You are comfortable operating both at 40,000 feet and ground level. You understand the value of getting in the weeds and operate at a high level of detail, and you're just as comfortable thinking long-term

You’ll make an impact by:

• Building the growth strategy to increase volume in existing markets and maximize service coverage across the country.
• Partnering with Business Development teams to design and implement customer propositions for new clients
• Improving the business bottom line via cost-reduction initiatives. You will own the team’s vision for long-term product and process improvements
• Creating processes from scratch and working to automate and scale them over time
• Leading strategic projects to implement new business propositions, and partnering with Business Development teams to roll-out across clients and geographies
• Identifying opportunities to improve client and driver metrics. Then partnering the Operations teams to make things happen

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or similar master’s degree
• Leadership experience in the following areas: operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, high-growth or early-stage startup experience
• Experience driving large, complex, cross-functional processes; strategic planning experience preferred
