What you'll do...
Our Legal, Compliance, and Ethics teams ensure we make decisions that are lawful and ethical. We need experts to make sure our stores follow all laws and regulations. More than that, we need to work together to make sure we operate according to our high ethical standards. The Senior Manager I, Compliance and Ethics, is a member of the U.S. Ethics team responsible for directing, evaluating, and determining the outcome of investigations into alleged high-risk violations of the company’s code of conduct, including fraud, sexual assault, harassment/discrimination, and workplace violence. This individual will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating ethics risks by providing insights and process refinements to multiple business partners throughout the company.
