What you'll do...

Senior Manager II, Change Management

Associates wanted to transform Finance. You'll be in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment partnering with our Financial Planning and Analytics program team. You’ll drive the change strategy and adoption of our most important Finance Transformations. You'll dig in to challenges to understand the root cause and influence others on recommendations. Grow your career by joining the Digital Acceleration team that executes Finance’s strategy.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Partnering with leadership to build a cohesive story/narrative for their overall strategy. Using that story / narrative to tie the disparate programs together for key stakeholders, drive awareness of connection to overall organizational strategy, etc. 
  • Owning the change management strategy and mechanisms to ensure business readiness and adoption
  • Leading and coaching key stakeholders in change management strategies and activities
  • Working backwards from our end users to define and deploy innovative change management approaches and methodologies
  • Identifying integration opportunities (due to timelines, stakeholder impacts, etc.) across programs and portfolios and actively participating in representing change in organizational forums designed to drive integration
  • Aggregating change needs across all projects in assigned portfolio and determining the appropriate resourcing strategy
  • Driving business unit-level alignment between key business support groups. Helping establish and align cross-functional teams at project level to successfully develop and execute integrated change plans
  • Identifying risks, anticipating points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • Serving as escalation point for contractors assigned to projects in assigned portfolio. Managing the day-to-day work of any hired consultants through delivery of deliverables and the resulting budget.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

  • You have strong experience in change management execution with experience in implementation and adoption
  • You have a proven track record in collaborating and co-creating solutions to enable the end user’s journey 
  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook
  • You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to align and present recommendations in a concise and compelling manner to key stakeholders
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and take a design thinking approach to creating new experiences
  • You spot risks and ask the right questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs are considered
  • You are curious and look for continuous improvement mechanisms that keep raising the bar for our customers
  • You can manage multiple complex workstreams while achieving results
