Our core mission is to transform people's lives by improving proliferation of convenient local commerce services such as local delivery, especially in previously underserved rural and suburban communities.

As part of our continued growth and expansion to continue as one of the Top delivery platforms, we are looking for a Delivery Associate Director to join the Walmart GoLocal Onboarding team where you'll have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to help onboard them onto our Spark platform and showcase the best of Walmart's values of providing excellent customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the Program of Delivery for Walmart GoLocal Onboarding, coordinating timelines & launches across all clients;

  • Own Launch processes and improvements on behalf of Walmart GoLocal, handling internal communication & escalations as appropriate;

  • Lead a team of highly effective Onboarding Managers who own the client relationships, ensuring accurate insight into delivery quality, timelines and any risks or issues;

  • Managing internal cross functional stakeholders by facilitating meetings, handling escalations and establishing ways of working;

  • Identify, develop & iteratively improve ongoing process and efficiency gains in the process;

  • Identify and pro-active manage risks and issues through mitigation and ultimate completion;

You'll Succeed if:

  • You have a proven track record of delivering large scale projects/programs in a Retail and or Supply Chain Setting;

  • Experienced with both Business & Technical acumen and efficient issue handling capabilities;

  • You have experience with working with third parties, vendors and/or clientele with a focus of delivering excellent customer service;

  • You have a strong background in Program Management and/or Service Management across an entire Program/Multiple Accounts;

  • You're passionate about the customer, the service we offer and our joint success;

PMP and/or ITIL qualifications considered beneficial

As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate., Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations
management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
