Qualifications:
Overall 10+ years of industry experience, focused on solving data & analytics challenges with a minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience; preferably in the customer or retail space.
Good academic record with Computer Science, Engineering or Business background; prefer a top tier MBA.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver data with quality.
Strong understanding of relational SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift, Hive etc.
Experience with modeling tools such as ERWIN.
Experience working with cloud-based technologies and Big data framework.
Strong understanding of meta data management, data lineage and data quality
Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and/or Looker is required.
Someone with Customer Data knowledge is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end lifecycle for data & analytics products to solve large-scale, critical business problems with the customer at the center.
Solid understanding of how to develop innovative product strategy for and build & market platform solutions in cloud-based on research, data and industry trends.
Experience of working with globally distributed product, engineering, business and program teams.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities and expectations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple product areas and initiatives.
Build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Ability to explain the business and technical value of a technical offering to an audience mix of technical and non-technical customer representatives.
Ability to drive both product and process improvements for the team as aligned with the strategic goals for the organization.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
