About the Team 

As a member of Walmart’s Global Technology team, you will be responsible for learning and practicing leadership skills within a strong collaborative environment, managing project across multiple product areas, enabling markets to meet their goals and government requirements. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor as it relates to efficiencies and best practices. As a member of the team, you’ll be able to say that you work for the world’s largest retailer and contribute to the development to best-in-class methodologies that impacted perception and drastically changed business as we know it. 

Job Description 

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for implementing projects, working across Walmart’s International markets, providing clear communication with teams and leadership.  You will be accountable for business partner relation by driving strong partnerships with key stakeholders; overseeing projects, delivery; and working collaboratively to ensure on time delivery with quality results.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 6years of work experience in a combination of technology development, project management, business analysis or strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Experience leading large and complex initiatives
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Comfortable presenting to and persuading at the Director and Vice-Presidential level
  • Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and recommendations 
  • Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
  • Understands, describes, and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Experience with anticipating and identifying the strategic, executive, and operational implications and risks in program delivery
