Acquires food supplies, kitchen equipment, and appliances by estimating future needs; stocking, organizing, and cleaning kitchen and cooking utensils.; organizing small bills and change in drawer; and keeping customer area tidy. Performs customer service by greeting guests; responding to customer inquiries; communicating with customers regarding food preferences; processing customer payments; providing suggestions and guidance ; portioning out food to customer requests; and visually inspecting food for quality and serving size. Prepares the service stations by reviewing the daily menu items for pricing, portion size, and placement; filling ice bins; brewing coffee and iced tea; stocking condiments, drinks and company store items; transporting hot and cold items. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
