Provide customer support by evaluating customer returned columns.
Carry out general calibration and maintenance procedures on HPLC equipment.
Revise and update procedures, implement changes to bill of materials (BOM) and document requirements for routings through the SAP-ECR system.

Qualifications
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors/Associates Degree or equivalent in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related technical field with 4 - 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
Experience with UPLC, HPLC, Analytical, Prep and Capillary Column Technologies.
Experience with Empower, NuGenesis SDMS, Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets, understanding of math, statistical functions, chemistry.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of both column packing and column testing processes.
Possess the ability to manipulate packing/testing processes to optimize and/or correct any issue related to the implementation of new products, new column configurations, or trouble shoot production problems.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, innovate and adopt improvement changes
Knowledge of appropriate Quality Standards (ISO9001, cGMP)
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
