Responsibilities
Ordering replacement vehicles for existing employees
Ordering new vehicles for new employees
Maintaining a cost and renewal schedule for all employees and countries
Ensuring the successful rollout of our EV fleet strategy across the region
Ensuring compliance with our fleet policy and insurance requirements across the region
Providing solutions to employees
Building relationships with key stakeholders
FLEET Management for approx. 470 company cars in the region (North & East)
Manage all fleet administration matters with the support of the Leasing companies and other outsource partners in each country, for example:
Provide reliable and timely change data to Accounting
High focus on streamlining process flows to improve efficiency while deliver expected service.
COST CONTROLLING
Responsibility for cost control for each of the listed areas. Securing credits with key car brands. Securing competitive insurance renewals and volume discounts across Europe North and East.
Qualifications
Proven experience in this field and the ability to demonstrate successful fleet administration and task management in a similar role
Strong MS Excel-knowledge
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner
Excellent people and problem solving skills
A hands on approach
Pro-active and open communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work within deadlines and timelines
