Responds to Customers enquiries and escalations
Monitors and resolves error messages related to the interface between SAP and warehouse management system (e.g. EDI messages) to ensure operations continuity and inventory alignment
Readily adapt to changing requirements or work assignments
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in working with 3PL or Regional Distribution environment
Proficient in SAP and MS office is a must
Experience in SAP and WMS interface preferred
Experience in International Trade is an added advantage
Commitment expected during quarter ends
Dependable and able to work independently
Sense of urgency as to objectives and timelines, while maintaining flexibility to shifting priorities
