    Position summary

    g workstream activities, issues and risks for Asia region

    • Develop and foster relationships with key IT and business leaders, project managers, portfolio stakeholders, and external partners

    • Provide daily management of Finance workstreams in the Asia region

    • Collaborate with business and finance leadership to support project requirements, vetting and prioritization processes

    • Support overall program by provide consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, portfolio reviews, scorecards, and reports for the Asia region

    • Ensure compliance and alignment with the Program Management Office (PMO) standards and processes

    • Identify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts in support of the Asia region

    • Serve as the point of escalation for project stakeholders or requestors with issues directly related to Finance in the Asia Region

    • Managing requirements/demand for new work

    • Managing communication/collaboration across the program, driving data driven decsions

    Qualifications

    • At least ten years work experience in an enterprise environment

    • Successfully managed a large S/4 Hana implementation that included some level of business transformation

    • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussions

    • Expert understanding of finance and order to cash business processes

    • Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures relating to program status for a global S4 Program

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Smartsheet

    • Fluent English is required and Mandarin is a plus
